Purchase of Cocoa Beans
The Office is investigating suspected corruption and corruption-related offences regarding the purchase of cocoa beans and the use of the trade of Licensed Buying Companies for private gain.
Upon further investigation and action, the Office no longer considers the Acting Deputy Chief Executive (Finance and Administration) of Ghana Cocoa Board, Ato Boateng, as a suspect.
