Strategic Mobilization Ghana Limited/Ghana Revenue Authority

In 2023, following a complaint from The Fourth Estate alleging possible corruption and breaches of the Public Procurement Act, the Office of the Special Prosecutor commenced investigations into contractual agreements between Strategic Mobilisation Ghana Limited and the Ghana Revenue Authority. The contracts related to revenue assurance in the downstream petroleum sector, upstream petroleum production, and the minerals and metals resources value chain.

The investigation has been completed. The Special Prosecutor will issue directives and take further action in due course.
